Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to return your Watches Of purchase, you can return to us in its original condition and unaltered/unworn, subject to the rules below.
If you request a refund and return the item to us within 28 days of receiving it, we will give you a full refund for the item through your original payment method.
If you request a refund and return the item to us within 29 and 45 days of receiving it, we will give you the amount that you have paid for through a Watches Of gift voucher.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please reach out to our customer service – but the final decision will still rest on Watches Of.
*Please note that Express Delivery is non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled within a 30 min period, excluding if the watch is out of stock. After that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as the funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your watch.
FREE INTERNATIONAL RETURN
We aim for you to have hassle-free international return service free of charge.
Your return will be processed in approximately 14 working days. Please note that you will be responsible for all relevant taxes and duties in your country.
Please note that due to the virus situation, there could be potential delays to additional 7 working days.

HASSLE-FREE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
- Make sure that all returns are in its original condition and unaltered/unworn. The item/s must have the original, non-damaged packaging with all original documents such as instruction manuals, warranty cards, plastic protectors, hangtags, spare links, etc. (If applicable)
Step 2
- Contact our Customer Service via email for further instructions
Step 3
- Once confirmed, please make sure that returns must be shipped to us in a crush-resistant box with protective padding.
- Once shipped and received by our relevant team, our CS will then contact you for the update.
For International Returns, please ensure that it meets all the conditions listed below.

- All Items must be in its original condition and unaltered/unworn.
- Kindly check our Refund & Return Policy if you are still applicable for the return service time frame.
- The return shipping costs of the item is free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible for the taxes and duties in their respective countries.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, for it to not be damaged in transit.
- Broken packaging will not be replaced if gets broken by the user or via transit.
- Please note that the information required for return will vary depending on the country, therefore please specify your order number and pick up address when contacting our Customer Service.
